SF.No. 371/1A P. Hec.0.91.35, having an area of P.Acre. 2.26 (two acres and twenty six cents) and dividing it into houses by constructing roads in a straight line and dividing it into houses and naming it "Royal Avenue PHASE III-B" and in accordance with the approval of the Land Division of the Deputy Director fit (P) of Erode District, N.K.No. 1329/2021/Ε. Ma-3 dated of Urban Planning 07.05.2021 and in accordance with the order of Ma.Va. No. 128/2021, the action of the Chairman of the Panchayat Union of Chennimalai Panchayat Union, Pungambadi Panchayat Union action taken and Nos.01 dated 08-05-2021, has been obtained as an approval Land and sold out into House sites, and belongs to Site No.11, Boundaries as mentioned below: South of Re. S.F. No.368,367, North of-Site No. 10, East of Site Nos 7,8, West of -9.0 mtr wide North-South Panchayat Road. In the middle of this, East-West on the North side-7"3"+37'3" 44'6", East-West on the South side-40'0", North-South on the East side-36'6", North-South on the West side-52'4"

Admeasuring 1868 Sq.ft., or 173.55 Sq mtr, of land, and all other rights common pathway and easement rights, like east-west and north-south roads belongs to the land to use it. Property situates in Re- S.F. No.371/1A, and present Subdivision Re- S.F. No.371/1A1, 371/1A10 and property belongs to Pungambadi Village Panchayat.
